UPDATE: Fred’s Baby Doll is currently in sport horse training in Georgia. She was brought here by the owner of her dam and brother and sister. Fred’s Baby Doll is available for sale and her price will increase with training. So far, she is totally laid back and easy to ride. She has also learned to lunge and she is doing dressage training and trail riding. This is a nice amateur horse for someone who enjoys all kinds of riding. Give us a call and we can put you in touch with her owner who will tell you what Fred’s Baby Doll learned this week. She is a very quick learner. Call soon before you can’t afford this really nice horse.
Fred’s Baby Doll is from a family of Thoroughbreds that we know well. She is a 15.2 hand, 2017, bay Thoroughbred filly. We sold her mom Post, her sister Postal Pam, and her brother Posture. She is from a trainer and breeder who we have sold many other horses for as well.
Right now it is very difficult to find horses and we are very selective in the horses we represent. We know their history and their health records so we can honestly represent each horse.
Fred’s Baby Doll if from a very good line of Thoroughbreds. Her sire is Get Stormy by Storm Cat and he won $1,606,812. Fred’s Baby Doll raced four times and made a whopping $500. Her last race was February 1, 2020 so she is Retired Racehorse Project eligible.
This will be an easy horse to train. Fred’s Baby Doll has been ridden at her owner’s farm just to check her temperament under saddle. She cross-tied and rode in the arena with other horses and she was quiet. This filly has a brain and she likes attention. She does not crib or have any vices and she loads in a trailer just fine. She is very sweet.
Her blueblood pedigree includes well-known Thoroughbreds such as Storm Cat, Hennessy, Private Account, Damascus, Buckpasser, Sword Dancer, Seattle Slew, Foolish Pleasure, Kris, Secretariat and Northern Dancer.
This will be a fun project horse for someone. Don’t wait if you like what you see.
Please call for pricing. The price can go up or down depending on owner. We always check with the owner when someone is a serious buyer. Many times the price goes down to a really good home. We do not own these horses so we cannot control the pricing. We will not sell a horse to just anyone with the money. We carefully select the horses we sell and we work hard to make a perfect match. If you don’t call, we cannot help you. We are not a rescue and our horses are not ‘rescue priced’. Most horses are between $2500 and $4500 – some higher and some lower. Call and we can talk more our horses and let us help you find the perfect match. We take the gamble out of getting a Thoroughbred off-the-track. Learn more about how our Track Prospect Horses are priced on the main Bits & Bytes Farm website.
I look forward to speaking with you. Please call 770-704-6595 between 9am and 9pm. East Coast Time – Elizabeth Wood
