My Regency Lady
Well Bred, Quiet, Competition Quality
SOLD! My Regency Lady aka “Lady” has been SOLD! Congratulations to Barbara Poisson of New Mexico on the purchase of this lovely lady.
“Lady” is a 2011, 15.3 hand, dark bay Thoroughbred mare. If you missed out on Dr. Fred this is the female version. She is kind, quiet, vice free and sound. The pictures were taken two days after she raced. She is quiet as a mouse. To quote her exercise rider “she could pack kids around a show ring tomorrow”. She has no spoke and is quiet on the bridle. She is up-to-date on everything and she just had her teeth done a month ago. “Lady” ties, stands for the blacksmith and loads on a trailer quietly.
This girl is well bred. She is a granddaughter of A.P Indy who is the son of Triple Crown winner, Seattle Slew. She also has another Triple Crown winner in her pedigree – Secretariat. Don’t let her size deter you she is built like a tank and moves like a feather could be competitive on the A circuit for hunters. She is stunning on the ground and under tack. She naturally carries herself level with her withers and wastes no movement whatsoever. Look no further for your next upper-level competition horse.
Please call for pricing. We will not sell a horse to just anyone with the money and we don’t send prices by PM or email. We carefully select the horses we sell and we work hard to make a perfect match. If you don’t call, we cannot help you. We are not a rescue and our horses are not ‘rescue priced’. Most horses are between $2500 and $4500 – some higher and some lower. Call and we can talk more our horses and let us help you find the perfect match. We take the gamble out of getting a Thoroughbred off-the-track. Learn more about how our Track Prospect Horses are priced on the main Bits & Bytes Farm website.
I look forward to speaking with you. 770-704-704-6595 between 9am and 9pm. – Elizabeth Wood
